Why did you sell to CloseBot?

What happens to my ZappyChat account?
Immediately? Nothing. You will gain access to a CloseBot account for no additional fee. Over the coming weeks, we will release trainings on how to migrate from ZappyChat to CloseBot.
Do I have to switch to CloseBot?
Not immediately. ZappyChat will remain supported through the end of the year. Starting July 1, you will be able to seamlessly migrate your bots.
What about XYZ Feature?
We believe this merger of communities is going to accelerate feature development and create a best-in-class outcome for everyone. If something is missing right now, it won't be missing for long.
WILL I LOSE ACCESS TO ANYTHING I BUILT?
No. The ZappyChat platform will continue to be supported and you will be able to start migrating bots on July 1.
DO I NEED TO START PAYING CLOSEBOT?
No. All billing will continue normally but you'll see CloseBot on the billing statement.
What if i have a XYZ plan?
All plans will be honored by CloseBot. Your access and support will remain active.
Will HLPT still support custom builds?
Yes! HLPT will continue to support CloseBot and help build, launch, and scale your custom AI solutions.
What happens to my ZappyChat affiliate Commissions?
You will continue to earn affiliate commissions as if nothing has changed, but now it will all be managed through the CloseBot affiliate portal.
